The essence of being a true, quality, effective leader, is, thegreatermind putting those you, are, either, elected, selected or ascend to the position, to serve, ahead of any personal/ political agenda, and/ or, self – interest! While this may seem to be, common sense, the reality, is, much of what seems obvious, is rarely considered, and/ or, adhered to! Meaningful leaders must, consistently, seek the GREATER good, as one of his primary considerations! 1. Generate goodwill; growth; genuine; goals: If someone doesn’t prioritize, generating goodwill, he shouldn’t become a leader! 4. Attitude; attention; aptitude; articulate; actions: One must proceed in a positive, can – do, manner, with an attitude, which perceives obstacles, as challenges, rather than problems, The ability and willingness, to pay keen attention, to the finest approach, combined with a relevant, well – developed, aptitude and skill – set, must consistently, be a leader’s primary focus, etc! How one articulates his goals, and ideas, in an inspiring, motivating manner, and, whether these words, bring forth, quality, focused actions, determines, biigo whether, the greater good, is being served!

5. Time – tested; timely; true: It’s not necessary to reinvent the wheel, but, rather, it’s far better, to effectively, use, time – tested approaches, to enhance the possibilities! There is no place, for procrastination, so, if one wants to lead, he must proceed, with well – considered, wikidirectori timely action. A true least tells the truth, and seeks to make a connection, which brings people together, for the common good!

6. Energy/ energize; endurance; excellence: It takes considerable, consistent energy, in order to energize, all segments of a group, for the greater good! Since there will always be obstacles, a leader must possess the endurance, needed and necessary, focused on genuine excellence, instead of good – enough!

7. Reasoning; responsive; responsible: A leader must consider, whether his reasoning, focuses on the best interests of the group, as a whole!
