Attitude; attention; aptitude; articulate; actions: One must proceed in a positive, can – do, manner, with an attitude, which perceives obstacles, as challenges, rather than problems, The ability and willingness, to pay keen attention, to the finest approach, combined with a relevant, well – developed, aptitude and skill – set, must consistently, be a leader’s primary focus, etc! How one articulates his goals, and ideas, in an inspiring, motivating manner, and, whether these words, bring forth, quality, focused actions, determines, biigo whether, the greater good, is being served!
5. Time – tested; timely; true: It’s not necessary to reinvent the wheel, but, rather, it’s far better, to effectively, use, time – tested approaches, to enhance the possibilities! 7. Reasoning; responsive; responsible: A leader must consider, whether his reasoning, focuses on the best interests of the group, as a whole!
